RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Welcome to our website https://adama-alma.com/ (“Site”).

We at ADAMÁ-ALMA, S.L. (hereinafter: “ADAMÁ-ALMA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) would like to thank you for visiting and purchasing at our Site.

ADAMÁ-ALMA is a company and an international brand that designs and manufactures home décor items such as vinyl rugs and tableware items etc. (“Products”) and enables Users (defined in our Terms and Conditions) to purchase these products on our Site. We are registered in Barcelona, Spain, with a corporate address: Avda de Roma, 35, entlo 2ª, 08029, Barcelona, Spain and registration number: B66865015. We manage the Site (defined in our Terms and Conditions) and all the services provided therein (“Services”).

We want our customers to have 100 % satisfaction, therefore, we have a 30-day moneyback guarantee policy.

In order to achieve this, we have drawn up the terms and conditions that include our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy and part of the Terms and Conditions as follows. Both of these are thereby binding upon you.

1.RETURNS

We’re happy to offer 100% refund (excluding shipping cost), for any item that you don’t find completely satisfactory.

For your convenience, returns can be made either to our Spain or US locations. 

To initiate a return process, please send us an email to info@adama-alma.com as soon as you would like to return the product and we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please provide us with the order confirmation number. Item must be shipped back to ADAMA no later than 30 days of receiving it.

Customers are responsible to cover the return shipping cost.

2.REFUNDS

In order for your Product to be qualified for a refund it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your Product must be sent in the original packaging and it needs to have the receipt or other proof that you have purchased it from us.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Please note that custom made products and shipping cost are non-refundable

3.EXCHANGE

We currently don’t offer product exchange.

4.SHIPPING

Shipping is done through our Spanish or US operation, depending on the destination in order to minimize shipping time and cost.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable, unless you can prove that you received a damaged Product. In this case, you need to send us photos of the flawed / damaged area, or you may be asked to send us back the damaged item for examination.

If the Product is confirmed to have arrived damaged, you will receive a full refund, including the shipping cost. You hereby agree that ADAMÁ-ALMA shall be entitled to a final decision regarding the state and potential damage of the Product. A damaged Product typically doesn't need to be returned, unless specifically requested by us to allow our production team to examine the issue.

Shipping costs widely depend on location, size, weight and delivery speed. Any information given by us regarding the shipment and shipping costs are only estimates and we cannot be held responsible for any information you receive from us regarding the shipping costs.

5.CANCELLATIONS

Under EU law you may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from your purchase on our Site and you do not have to give any reason or justification for it (the cooling-off period). The only cost you will have to cover is your own shipping costs in order to return your Product if the Product already left our premises to be shipped to you.

We produce every Product on demand; therefore, it takes around 10-12 business days for the ordered Product to be produced.

If you order any Product on our Site that was made to measure or customized, you are not entitled to cancel your purchase under the EU law as the cooling-off period does not apply to such Products.

6. WARRANTY

Under EU law, any product purchased as new is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Whilst under warranty, any Product purchased from our Site will either be repaired or replaced, provided that the relevant proof of purchase is provided, as well as the proof of the defect if a period of more than 6 months has passed from the purchase of the Product. You must inform us regarding the defect within 2 months of the date when the defect was discovered.

All warranties only cover mechanical faults and failures and not any kind of accidental damage, common wear and tear or loss.
